With the high energy imparted to the screen by the multi-frequency adapter, liquid and slurry throughput is dramatically increased with the Virto/Elcan vibratory screener. Customers have experienced increased flows from 10 to 20 times greater than on their standard vibratory screener. Even the most viscous of materials can now be screened, thus opening up new revenue streams and creating new markets for our customers ‘products. Products that would normally blind or clog standard screens, can now be processed with greater efficiency. Spray systems can also be added to increase performance and assist overs removal.
