Because of this new technology utilizing the MFVexcite component, we can make it economically feasible to separate these types of products, thus opening up new revenue streams. The machine’s high energy also allows damp construction waste to be classified, thus reducing landfill costs. Virto/Elcan has become the machine of choice for tire recycling plants where crumb rubber is produced thru cryogenic grinding and screening. Examples of materials run with the ScreenX vibratory screeners are: Crumb rubber Recycled glass Recycled plastic Construction debris Settling pond materials Furthermore, vibratory fluidization and the stirring and de-agglomeration of the powder bed are reached, resulting in much greater throughput capacity per square meter, better qualitative separation and increased output of undersize product in comparison with single-frequency or ultrasonic separators. In comparison to traditional and ultrasonic separators, the patented multi-frequency adapter MFVExcite allows a ScreenX to obtain much greater screen capacity per sqm, more exact separations and a significant increase in output of the screen undersize product. Because the fine sieve in the circular vibratory screeners is not stretched, even in the case of abrasive powders, the lifetime of screens are much longer than the stretched thin screens found in the standard and ultrasonic separators. Replacement of the mesh is simple and can be done on site in a few minutes.
