Virto/Elcan offers Toll Screening “with the screening experts”

Virto/Elcan has expanded their toll processing facility in Mamaroneck, NY to offer high quality separations on many different products. Customers can now send any quantity to be screened on the world renowned ScreenX Multi Frequency Screeners. Virto/Elcan has screened “hundreds” of different materials – and still counting. The facility utilizes a complete particle laboratory and can test on a variety of machines ranging from pilot to production size. Virto/Elcan can take materials and projects from “concept to production” in a single facility.

This business unit excels with customers that present difficult to screen products, that cannot be screened efficiently on conventional screeners and therefore have nowhere to turn and eventually look for alternative technologies. Examples of these difficult products are sticky products that blind screens, static products that won't screen efficiently, and very fine powder separations. The high level of efficiency can offer customers significantly increased yields of valuable product with excellent yields and quick turnaround. Virto/Elcan can also offer lease or rental machines to satisfy the need for in house testing or to provide production while awaiting a new machine.
